Earnest requests have been made that letters of commendation should have the name and full address of the Room in which the person commended is meeting, as well as the one being visited.

Alterations in the addresses of brothers responsible for the distribution of these lists should also be notified direct to the Depot.
The time of meetings on the Lord's Day are known, and so are not given in this list. Unless stated specifically, the time of the Ministry Meeting is the same as that of the Reading. A 'City Reading' is indicated by the time printed in bolder type. [No times shown here.]
ExplanatoryThe following practices were universal.In early 1963 the meetings on the Lord's Day were uniformly changed to: In December 1967, times were changed to 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 12:00 noon. This followed a one time change in one locality in Australia to accommodate a flight time to USA. If there were several meetings in a locality the preachings were at different times through to 6:00 pm as necessary, and all were expected to attend. Prayer Meetings, following long established practice, were uniformly on Monday in all subdivisional meetings. Meetings for Prophetic Ministry (according to 1 Corinthians 14) were on one Tuesday monthly (usually 1st, 2nd or 3rd) in the City Room; subseqently they were held every Tuesday. Marriage Fellowship Meetings were held in lieu of a regular Ministry Meeting. Week night Readings were on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Subdivisional Readings were not held on the same night as the City Reading which was on Wednesday or Thursday. Care Meetings were held monthly on the Saturday before the 1st Lord's Day (day of Special Collection) at noon and then earlier in the day. 'City Rooms' are in bold type. All, unless ill etc., were expected to attend meetings every day. G.A.R.
